THINGS POPPING UP IN OUR YARD
The top picture is of a pot near our front door, filled with alliums and tulips. The alliums are the first to poke through, and they're looking pretty happy...at least now the squirrels will leave the tulip bulbs alone, as they don't like the smell of the alliums.
Speaking of wildlife, there were also some "groundhogs" in our front yard this morning, hopping around looking for their shadows! They appeared to tire of this rather quickly, and having failed to see their shadow, scootered off to school. Spring is just around the corner!
