Our first post to this blog (any blog)

We were not able to take our photos on Groundhog Day as we left for Williams Lake that day at 7am (when it was still dark) and didn't return home until 9:30 pm (when it was dark again), so our photos are from the day before. It snowed lightly that day and had a wintry feel although it was not very cold.

The photo of Tatlayoko Lake was taken by Peter on his way home from work. Peter took the photo behind our house when he got home from work. It was mid-afternoon, but already starting to get dark, so the photos are almost monochromatic.

The photo of the feather at the lake was taken by Brenda when she was home for Christmas.
