Top of the World

The scenery was so beautiful, I can now understand why people like to ski at Whistler and Blackcomb (this was my first time). From the top, you can see in every direction for miles, making it seem like you are at the top of the world! We really lucked out with the weather too, it was clear, sunny and warm (sometimes too warm!).

Looking west towards the coast mountains from the top of Blackcomb.

Black Tusk in morning sun taken from the top of Whistler.

Whistler peak showing one of the lifts to the top. If you click on this picture to make it bigger, you can see skiers coming down the hill on the run.

Jerry and Bruce arriving at the top on Blackcomb.

Great shots, Kag. I have a great memory of the time I climbed to the summit of Black Tusk one summer. It was surprisingly easy for a teenager.
