new puppy
Sarah just received a new "puppy". Here she is waiting patiently. Usually, within a few hours the nose and eyes have been torn off and soon the house is filled with clumps of stuffing. Within a few weeks there is nothing left but the "hide", and we have to send the puppy to puppy heaven. So far she has ripped off the nose and manages to pull out the guts through the hole.

Is Sarah related to Brenda and Bryce's pup, Cache? He is similarly afflicted.

Roma, I don't see any resemblance, but maybe they are cousins.
poooor puppies!!
Cache sure does do the same thing to stuffies! First he plays with it, tossing it around for about 10 minutes. Then he goes for the nose and the rest of the face. He has been known to chew a hole through the front and back of the head and pull all the stuffing out the neck, leaving behind a soggy de-stuffy.
He especially likes stuffies with squeakers inside. It's great fun to 'rescue' the squeaker from the belly of the stuffy.
sarah hasn't had the pleasure of a squeaker. maybe next time.
