Amy made this chocolate "mushroom" cake for me on Monday, along with a yummy salmon dinner. She knows how much I love hunting for mushrooms! She is getting very creative with her cake making. Isn't it great!?

This is a very unique cake and the first of its kind that I have ever seen.... or even heard of. Maybe Amy can turn this into a business? Unique hand-made cakes. I'd buy one.
